Williams and Lowe, Congleton Road, Sandbach
The building to the left is now an undertakers premises, but was previously an NHS resource centre Image and before that the Job Centre. The building to the right, called Mill House, was newly built in 2021 in a sympathetic style.

Field House resource centre
This building on Congleton Road is currently an NHS resource centre (Cheshire and Wirral Partnership) but was previously a Job Centre.

Crosville bus
838AFM is a Bristol Lodekker. According to a notice in its window, it was in service with Crosville in the Crewe area from 1957 to 1988, latterly as a training vehicle. It is now privately owned and was on display at the annual transport festival in nearby Sandbach. Showing my age, I can remember using identical buses on my way home from school in the 1970s, even the distinctive sound of the engine.

Symphony
A former pub on the corner of Congleton Road and Newfield Street, this has been a restaurant for probably 20 years or so; first opened as "Cafe Symphony" but the cafe element was dropped after a while. See also Image
