Sandbach Market, refurbished (1)
The indoor market (used on Saturdays and Thursdays) had only been reopened the previous week after refurbishment. The local scenes on the shutters are a new feature, ironically only visible when the market (or individual units) are closed.

This was a Co-Operative department store when I first lived in Sandbach in the 1970s. I'm not sure when the Co-Op closed - late 80s perhaps? - but it has been Price City (hardware store) for many years now.
