Middlewich, 76 Wheelock Street
According to the OS benchmark database there is a benchmark cut into the north-west face of the property. At the visit the property was undergoing a building extension, and the site fences prevented any view. It is unknown if the cutmark has survived.

New apartments on Wheelock Street
I haven't found reference to what was on this site previously, but the planning application was for '35 dwellings, a retirement living facility containing 50 apartments and 3 retail units'. The site occupies a large area behind existing shops as well as these buildings fronting the street.
