Hipsley Farm
Many of the farm buildings have been converted into holiday cottages. I'll still categorize it as a farm though.

Waterless Moat next to Baxterley Church
There are still substantial remains of this moat adjacent to Baxterley Church. Presumably the moat once surrounded a long since demolished building. On some maps the moat is shown in blue, suggesting it was in water, whereas as is clear from this photo there is none there at present.

The lych-gate, Baxterley Church
The lych-gate was where the coffin waited under cover for the arrival of the clergyman. Lych (or lich) is an Old English word for corpse.

Baxterley Church - View from the lych-gate
This first view of Baxterley Church as seen when entering through the lych-gate, makes the church look deceptively small. Other photos show what a considerable building it actually is.

Snowdrops in Baxterley Churchyard
This photograph was taken in Baxterley Churchyard showing the first flowers of the year nestling under the old boundary walls. The latin binomial classification for snowdrops is Galanthus nivalis.
