Woodside, south-east of Kenilworth
An Edwardian house in mature grounds with 20th century additions. At one time it was a training centre for Courtaulds but is now a hotel and conference centre http://www.sundialgroup.com/woodside
If this photo looks crooked, your eyes are deceived by the slightly sloping ground and slightly leaning trees.

Lighting Inspirations and Knight's Fisheries, Leyes Lane, Kenilworth
The end of the row of shops seen in

Unusually, Knight's Fisheries is both a good chip shop and a good Chinese takeaway.
Leyes Lane is a few yards off the photo to the right.

Row of shops at Leyes Lane, Kenilworth
From the left: Tesco Express (the only Tesco in the town); The Bakers Dozen bakery; AK Fitted Interiors; Lighting Inspirations. The Tesco was surprisingly busy on the Sunday evening that I took this photo.
This small parade of shops was built at the same time as the surrounding housing estate - planning permission was granted in 1985. The area is known as the Knights Meadow estate, though you won't find this name on any maps.
