Hall 1, Stoneleigh Park, and the queue for the election count
Stoneleigh Park is home to the Royal Agricultural Society of England. The site is a hybrid of showground, business park, hospitality suites and exhibition spaces. The occasion was the counting of votes for the local elections in Warwick District. They were held at the same time as the general election on 7 May 2015.

Hall 1, Stoneleigh Park
Stoneleigh Park was, for many years, home to the Royal Agricultural Show and, although that event has been discontinued, the site is still owned by the Royal Agricultural Society of England. Its current role is as 'a science park dedicated to rural sciences, innovation and business'. This includes exhibition facilities and 'Hall 1' sits at the heart of the campus. On this day, however, the hall was in use as a coronavirus vaccination centre, one of many established around the country to vaccinate the entire UK adult population against the virulent disease. The people in the picture are heading into the hall (one of them is a member of the staff checking off names); when they have had their jab they will leave via a different doorway. Compare with Image when the hall was in use for another important, but equally non-agricultural, purpose.

Agricultural equipment on display
It's big, it's yellow, it's agricultural - it's a brand new combine harvester on display at the 160th and final Royal Show, 2009. The Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE) building is almost hidden behind it. In recent years visitor numbers to the show had dropped sharply leading to a decision to make this year's the final Royal Show.
