Barnfield Cottage, a late 16th or early 17th century timber-framed house, is a particularly good example of the vernacular architecture of this part of the country, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101075984-barnfield-cottage-balsall#.XDWlL1z7RPY in 1976.
