Coventry: the Ricoh Arena
The home of Coventry City Football Club - although this season (2013-14) it has not hosted any football matches: owing to an argument about the rent or somesuch, they have shared Northampton Town's ground for home matches.

Coventry Building Society Arena
The footbridge on the right leads across Jimmy Hill Way to the stadium (formerly known as the Ricoh Arena) allowing fans easy access from the car parking area. The stadium's wall displays Coventry City Football Club's coat of arms.

Footbridge over the A444 Jimmy Hill Way by Coventry stadium
The footbridge connects the stadium to a large car park, but is also useful to pedestrians walking to the railway station and the Arena shopping development. The stadium opened in 2005 as the Ricoh Arena, but a change of sponsorship in 2021 has led to a change of name, to the Coventry Building Society Arena.
For most of its history the arena has been the home ground of Coventry City football club, which moved there from the old Highfield Road ground in 2005, and its logo is visible on the stadium wall to the left of the bridge. To the right can be seen the symbol of Wasps rugby union club, who relocated to the Coventry arena from High Wycombe in 2014 and bought it outright in that year.

Foleshill Gas Works
A first floor view from Parkville Highway. The house and garden in the middle distance are on Wheelwright Lane and the land before this now has houses built on it. The large gasholder always seemed to change colour according to the weather - mostly it would appear light grey or dark steel grey, but sometimes it appeared brown (as here) or deep green.

Great Moments
At the main spectator entrance to Coventry Arena during the Commonwealth Games, a photograph of Mick Jagger adorns a pair of service doors. The image was taken when the Rolling Stones played at Coventry Stadium on 2 June 2018 - the 77th birthday of Stones drummer Charlie Watts. The occasion was the first gig the group had played in Coventry since 1971.

Commonwealth Games Volunteers at Coventry Arena
