The Two Boats Inn at Long Itchington, Warwickshire
Looking eastwards from Cuttle Bridge, the Two Boats public house by the Grand Union Canal will not have had many drinkers using the canal-side table facilities in the previous few days, during which a lot of rain had fallen (and there was a lot more to come!). About four hundred metres distant is Itchington Bottom Lock, No 13. To the right, just off camera, are the gardens of the other canal-side pub, The Cuttle Inn.
