Wolverton Court
The old Shell Guide to Warwickshire by Douglas Hickman says: "Romantic Wolverton Court consists of a long, low [16th-century] timber-framed building linked to a tall 18th-century house by a handsome piece of Queen Anne Revival [c.1912], by Clough Williams-Ellis, and reminiscent of his work at Portmeirion." [Dates are from Pevsner]. The tall white house on the brow of the hill draws the eye in views from the east.

Church of St Mary the Virgin, Wolverton
Founded 1208, says a handout in the church. Dwarfed by colossal conifers. Of the interior, the guidebooks remark upon the full-height wooden screen and the stained glass, including a window by William Morris.
