Hertford Hill Hospital
Part of the former Hatton Sanatorium complex now being converted into apartments as part of the redevelopment of this former hospital site. This building was the Hertford Hill Hospital, also known as the King Edward VII memorial block and is is adjacent to the former Central Hospital near Hatton. The hospital was primarily used for the treatment of tuberculosis patients and was closed after TB was virtually eliminated following the development of a vaccine.
