Industrial units at Warwick
These units have been built alongside new housing on formerly greenfield sites on the outskirts of Warwick. No doubt the proximity of the M40 motorway was key to their positioning.

New housing in Warwick
These new houses have just been completed on a greenfield site in Warwick. They are a typical example of the fairly bland, standardised architecture used in most mass market housing developments around the town recently.

Homes in the rain
Warwick has undergone considerable expansion in the past few years, unfortunately much of it on greenfield sites and mostly with bland identikit architecture. These are a case in point, built with 'instant heritage' features mimicking genuine period houses found in the town centre. At least the marketing suite is unashamedly modern.

Front line
A line of new housing creeps towards this old barn on the outskirts of Warwick. The town has seen major development on greenfield sites like this in recent years. Most of the new houses are bland identikit designs intended to squeeze as many units on site as possible. These are no exception.
