Poseidon Way and Trident Park, Leamington
My recollection is that Trident Park was intended to be a business park, established in the early 2000s. Perhaps due to an oversupply, in my view, of new business premises in south Leamington, Trident Park has been slow to develop. The small industrial units in view suggest that a change of use has been approved. Bramble-covered bunds bound sites awaiting buyers.

Among several signs one says: Caparo / Goods inwards / Outwards. Caparo seems to be the successor company to AP, Automotive Products, who made brakes and clutches.

The sign, centre, welcomes visitors to Whitnash, an ancient village absorbed into the south Leamington urban area. Its local politicians perpetuate the pretence that it's a town.

They may belong to Caparo, the rebranded AP, Automotive Products, once a major employer in the town. They produced clutches and brakes. Beyond it is Wolseley's colossal warehouse for building materials and components. The town has good access to the Midlands' nexus of motorways and main roads. The view is from the access to some new small industrial units off Poseidon Way, Trident Park.
