Lillington Avenue Playing Fields
These playing fields, adjacent to the old brewery, used to be considerably larger until some of the land was sold off for the housing development visible in the distance. The remaining fields are however well used as can be seen here with youth football teams at training on a Saturday morning.

Northumberland Road roundabout
The A452 Dale Street through the centre of Royal Leamington Spa comes in behind the photograph and turns right into Lillington Avenue. The A445 Rugby Road comes in from left and multiplexes with A452 to the next crossroads. Northumberland Road ahead is unclassified.
