Cliffe Court flats, Cornwall Place, Milverton, Leamington
The flats are fronting Rugby Road; the view is northeast. On old OS maps, a house in large grounds is shown here up to 1955, then a vacant site on a map of 1954-69. The flats first appear on a map of 1969-75. This north side of Rugby Road still shows some mature hedgerow and garden trees .

The Fat Pug, Rugby Road
The name is not an improvement on the original Coventry Arms. Built around 1830 as the end house of the terrace and converted later to a pub. Listed Grade II. Its two neighbours to the right are of similar date and are also Listed Grade II.

Renamed from the Coventry Arms in 2013, this pub was the first of the PugPubs chain. It describes itself as a 'pub that serves food' rather than a 'restaurant that serves drinks'; it is open for breakfast onwards.

This church, situated beside the Rugby road to the NW of Leamington. It was designed by George Gilbert Scott Junior and was consecrated in 1879.

St Mark's Church, Rugby Road, Leamington Spa
"Architecturally the most important church in Leamington", seen here from St Mark's Road. It was designed by George Gilbert Scott Junior and was built in 1879, together with a massive vicarage. The house, lower left, is the modern vicarage, built in the garden of the original. The tower can be seen for a considerable distance.
