Guide Dogs for the Blind, Edmondscote Manor, Warwick New Road, Leamington
The buildings house the Guide Dog Training School, the Central Midlands Mobility Team, the Guide Dogs Charity Shop and Blind Children UK. There are other facilities on a site of about two hectares.

Guide Dogs for the Blind Training Centre, Leamington Spa
Seen catching the light in this view from the bank of the River Avon.
The centre occupies a large site between Warwick New Road and the River Leam (marked by the poplars).
Guide dogs, blind users, trainee dogs, trainers and trainee trainers are a common sight on the streets of Leamington.

Semi-detached houses, south side of Warwick New Road, Leamington
These houses were built between 1926 and 1938, according to old maps. The development extended round the corner into the top of Prince's Drive, which had opened around 1923 (the date Prince's Bridge across the River Leam opened). Similar houses are shown along the length of Prince's Drive, north of the river, on a map of 1939.
