The centre occupies a large site between Warwick New Road and the River Leam (marked by the poplars).

Semi-detached houses, south side of Warwick New Road, Leamington
These houses were built between 1926 and 1938, according to old maps. The development extended round the corner into the top of Prince's Drive, which had opened around 1923 (the date Prince's Bridge across the River Leam opened).
