Covent Garden survivor
This row of Victorian buildings seem to be the last survivors of the former Covent Garden area of Leamington Spa, which was largely demolished to make way for a large multi-storey car park (an access bridge to the car park can be seen going out of pic to the right). The buildings look unloved and are possibly being used for storage.

The footbridge leads from the Covent Garden multistorey car park to the Tesco Metro on the Parade. In Regency times all the Parade properties were residential. The brick buildings pictured were either stables or carriage houses.
