Regency at risk
This Regency apartment block in Leamington Spa has been neglected for years and is now empty and for sale, with metal grilles over the main doors and ivy threatening to smother one of the main entrances. One wonders how it has come to this.

New lease of life?
This listed Regency apartment block has been lying empty for months with steadily increasing signs of decay. Now it is listed as being 'under offer' with the estate agents, at an asking price of £2.7 million. Over the years the building has been sub-divided into mainly two and one bedroom flats with a number of bedsits, If sold, hopefully the developer will reinstate to a more fitting layout. Its condition must not be good as the estate agent particulars say that care must be taken in certain areas.
