New kid on the block
Bill's is a recently-opened chain bistro, memorable for its distressed furniture and painted floors. It had been a branch of Pizza Hut for many years. Frames on the first floor is a long-established snooker club. The Art Deco building housed Burton, men's tailoring.

Old notice in the Parade
Leamington's Parade was closed to traffic during the pandemic. This notice, still clinging to a lamp post in September 2021, advises that the Parade will reopen to traffic on Monday 19th July 2021. The traffic-free experience has prompted calls for pedestrianization, which is still under discussion.
