Older industrial estates such as this in south Leamington are steadily being supplanted by new business and industry. Its turn will come. The large building at the back is the former EMI Distribution Centre off Hermes Close, now vacant and awaiting a new future.

Queensway Trading Estate, Leamington Spa
All change. The premises on the left are derelict. The vacated EMI Distribution Centre dominates the street. On the right converted premises now house the Sikh community centre, Elderly Asian Network and Sikh Temple offices. It is believed that these arrangements are temporary and that the facilities will be housed in the new temple nearing completion (out of shot, right, and pictured, this square).
