A surprising sight off Woodway Lane, Walsgrave, northeast Coventry
A thatched cottage! No 92 Woodway Lane is a C16 or C17 timber framed house with red brick nogging and a thatched roof, listed grade II. No 94 in line with it is a C19 alteration of a C16 or C17 timber framed house with a brick exterior and a Welsh slate roof, listed grade II, all according to Historic England. The low two-storey houses nearest the camera are C18 brick with an old tiled roof, listed grade II, all according to Historic England. In this small area the little groups of houses all have different orientations. Three-storey No 80 was for sale. See also Image
