St Cecelia?s, 83 Sea Road, Westgate on Sea
Work is being carried out on the second house, from the right of the frame. Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application numbers C/TH/09/0728 for an “application for conservation area consent for the partial demolition of the existing building” and F/TH/09/0719 for a “change of use from a residential home to nine, 2-bedroom apartments”.

St. Cecilia's House, Westgate-on-Sea
This was built as a private house and has been a hotel and various sorts of care home since. It appears to have survived a redevelopment plan, during which time it was disused with gardens overgrown.
