A longish stretch of weatherboarded houses - an unusual sight in such urban surroundings, I think.
The view is north-east towards the town centre, with Swanfield Road on the right.

The Handsome Sam, Whitstable
This calls itself 'A Handsome Micropub', and seems to have adopted the name of a black and white cat.
The premises appear to have been a shop until fairly recently - and it says a lot for Whitstable's pub culture that people here are opening new pubs when elsewhere so many are closing down.
