Don't say you weren't warned
The Street http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=66766233 is a sand bar that is completely covered at high tide - and there is a dip at its southern (landward) end that fills up before the sand further out is covered by the incoming tide.

The Street at Tankerton
Extending out from Tankerton Beach, The Street is a shingle strip about half a mile long that is exposed at low tide. It is great fun to walk out on but a careful check has to be kept on the tides as the end nearest the beach often becomes cut off first.
