The Nailbourne Stream in Bridge
As seen from Bridge High Street. This stream is an intermittent stream flowing for about 6 months every 5-7 years. But in the Winter of 2000/2001 it flowed more strongly than any previous records were held. It flooded many nearby cottages and houses along its route. Looking upstream.
Currently, it is at full spate due to recent snow melt going through the chalk downs and feeding the springs feeding the stream.
