It is a grade II listed building that dates from the 16th century http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-171301-the-anchor-inn-littlebourne-kent#.WHvNI_5vjcc The boarded up windows and door on the ground floor seems to indicate that the public house has gone out of business.
