Following a fire early in the morning of 8 November 2018, which gutted the store, the company has erected a temporary store (which is the rectangular building in the distance) on part of the carpark.

Early in the morning of 8 November, following a fire, which is thought to have started in a deep fat fryer, the supermarket was soon gutted.
Here, demolition is starting to take place. Noticeboards have been erected to advise customers that there is a free bus service to the Morrisons Dover store.

The exterior of Image has been clad in scaffolding to which plastic sheeting has been attached. Hoarding has been erected below this and on the corner of the building, the company has alerted customers to the fact that a temporary store is now open, see Image
