The further car is parked outside "Lyminge Food and Wine". The building beyond is the premises of Samuel Jacob and is a hair salon. The sloping roof over the ground floor is rather unusual in that it is composed of corrugated iron. The building also stands on the corner of North Lyminge Lane.
