Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number 20/2085/FH for the “erection of 6 commercial units (specifically for office, research & development and industrial), extension of existing centre to provide further office floor space, children's nursery, cafe and gym and the provision of a 115 space truck stop, a transhipment building, along with an ancillary welfare facilities and office building, including access, parking and landscaping”.
