St Alphege House, Frith Road
It is also situated on the corner of St Alphege Road, where a notice had been attached to a tree to warn motorists not to park their vehicles in front of two trees, marked with crosses to the right of the notice, as these were to be cut down on 22 July 2014.

Church of St Peter & St Paul, Beaconsfield Avenue, Dover
A Victorian church built to replace the small original church. The little church by the River Dour was felt to be inadequate and so a scheme for a new church was prepared by the architect James Brookes.
The new church was built on the site of the old Charlton School and Master's House and was consecrated on St. Alphege Day, April 19th, 1893. The English Church Union met the cost of the chancel as a tribute to the heroism of the Rector, the Reverend Sidney Faithorn-Green, who spent twenty months in Lancaster Jail rather than recognise the authority of the Privy Council in church affairs.

What these premises were called remains a mystery. The only lettering, above the window, that is decipherable is part of an A and almost all of the letter P.
