Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/13/00406 for the “erection of a detached building incorporating an 81 one and two bedroom extra care facility, communal and ancillary spaces, community café, balconies and terraces, associated outbuildings, construction of 36 parking spaces with mini bus/ambulance bay and associated landscaping (existing building to be demolished)”. The former building was called Sampson Court and the name has been retained.
