Wild flowers colonising the beach at Kingsdown
These are in a long strip between Wellington Parade and the sea. Some of the plants were once garden flowers. In the distance is Deal Pier while the land at Ramsgate can be seen beyond that.

National Cycle Network 1 and Saxon Shore Way divide in Kingsdown
The long distance path leads straight on via a footpath towards another section of Wellington Parade. The cyclepath follows Boundary Road towards Cliffe Road.
Both paths came together from Deal and Walmer.
