Number 19 Beach Street was built in the 19th century. Constructed of stuccoed brick under a hipped tile roof. This shop has been used for various purposes over the years, including a sweet shop, called The Sugar Boy, some of whose signage remains on the outside. Currently it is used as a computer printer ink & toner supplier. It is located on the corner of Middle Street and Broad Street.

On a nippy but bright October Sunday morning. An early visitor to the beach heads towards the nearly high tide.
