This stone might be a boundary marker, but I cannot read enough of the text to be sure. It seems to say "W.F. (something) opposite Wall and River (something)"

Demolition site, St Peter?s Lane
Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//13/01269 for the “demolition of existing buildings and the redevelopment to provide a terrace of nine dwelling houses and two flats with associated car parking, on land at the Marlowe Centre". Before the demolition started, a Image stood here. In the background is the Marlowe Theatre.

Pound Lane Car Park
