"The Gables", Tothill Street, Minster,Thanet, Kent
The large Victorian building was a private residence which was converted to an Old Folks Home. At the time this photo was taken Government legislation had made it uneconomic to update the home and the site was sold to the Salvation Army. The Home was demolished and a new SA hall built on the site
