This is the property that that has had scaffolding erected on its frontage and side wall. Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application number F/TH/13/0063 for the “erection of a five storey building with underground parking containing nine flats, following demolition of existing building”. The former building was a house described as having 1-2 car parking spaces and a reduced rear garden.

Arches on Royal Parade
These brick arches are those featured in Colin Smith's view of the Royal Temple Yacht Club http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/503791 . However, this view is taken a little way down the road towards Ramsgate from that view and shows a closer shot of the arches. View taken looking northwest from the opposite side of Royal Parade.
