Ramsgate Town railway station (site), Thanet, Kent
Opened in 1846 by the South Eastern Railway on its line from Ashford and Canterbury, it closed when the current Ramsgate station opened in 1926. The new through track alignment and station brought together the disparate railways on Thanet, but at the price that it was further from the town centre. There is little left here to suggest a railway terminus stood on this site.
