Severalls Hospital, Administration Building
The Severalls Hospital Administration Building is Grade II listed and should be preserved in the redevelopment. Since closure in 1997 the site has been subjected to a huge amout of vandalism, and the Admin Building has been arsoned a number of times.

Severalls Hospital
This is a derelict part of Severalls Hospital Colchester. A 19th century asylum it expanded through the 20th century and is now contracting fast with developers keen to cash in on the valuable land.

New houses on Via Urbis Romanae
These houses were built in 2016, and unusually made in the modern style, which on my travels appears a very rare design since the 90s. Many blocks of flats are built this way but nearly all houses in the last 30 years have been faux Victorian or older styles.

Via Urbis Romanae, Mile End
Colchester is Britain's oldest town (according to the signs), and a Roman centre. Although this not a straight road it has the Latin name of the Roman road.
