Colne Dredger, The Hythe, Colchester
One of the last working steam dredgers in the country and now retired, although a new use has been found for its engine. A very enjoyable time was had on board.

Derelict warehouse at The Hythe
Colchester's river port closed in 2001; since then the warehouses and associated buildings have fallen into disrepair. The area is due to be 'regenerated' under a local plan.
