Harwich Station
Harwich Station was very important before Parkston Quay came into being in the 1920's and 1930's. The famed boat Train sailed from Harwich docks and the coaches actually went on the ferry itself. My great-great-grandfather was the Station Master here during those heady days.

Harwich Town Station
Now very quiet and peaceful. On the left of this picture evidence that this station had busier times can be seen, as there is plenty of space where sidings once were and an unused goods shed.
