Old house at the east end of Newton
On the north side of the Assington Road just beyond Airey Close.This house is called Brook House. It is very old and has a medieval minstrel gallery inside.

Brooks Farmhouse
This lovely building has English Heritage Building ID: 278485. Originally dating from the 16th & 17th C. it is Grade II listed; although it was extensively, but sympathetically, restored during the 20th C.
