Surface Water Management in Takeley
This area was probably considered too damp to build on in the past. The developers of Flitchside and Turner Close appear to have dug holding ponds to handle surface water.

Entrance to Priors Green, Stortford Road
Priors Green is described as a new village, but to me is a housing estate with mock medieval cottages with tiny windows. I will let the viewers make up their minds for themselves.
