Church of St Mary the Virgin, Great Dunmow
Probably started about 1250, but rebuilt in the 14th & 15th centuries https://www.stmarysgreatdunmow.org.uk/about/history . This is Dunmow's parish church, so why is it such a long way from the centre of the town? https://issuu.com/anniedeakins/docs/a_short_history_of_great_dunmow_parish_church_1926 suggests an answer.
