Sebastopol Cannon in Oaklands Park
A 36 pounder Russian cannon from the Crimean War. The carriage is not original, and was presented in 1858 by Major S.J.Skinner RA. It originally stood outside the Shire Hall at the top of Chelmsford High Street.
