Rio Cinema
Small town independent cinemas still survive in some places, and the Rio here in Burnham on Crouch is a splendid example. It was built in 1931 when it opened as the Princes cinema - causing the older Electric Cinema to go out of business. The name was changed to the Rio in the 1960s.
