Formerly Barclays Bank, Southminster
The low part was the bank, or at least the entrance. The near door was a solicitors, the sign is still up, but the condition suggests it is now vacant. There is a 'For Sale' sign up. It is dated at the top, it looks like 1903.

6, Station Road, Southminster
It appears to be undergoing a slow conversion to a house from possibly partly a shop. The window openings are new or resized from the old ones, and the new wood corner pieces look as if they are a first step to something like boarded cladding. The bearing plates and ties holding the structure together are new, and are being painted.
