Detached and semi-detached houses that were built all over Britain between 1925 and 1955, the service road was a recognition of the increasing use of the motor car. Image]

Constant development and improvement
When these houses were built they were very "up to date" and adequately met the needs of mid 20th century families, but as time moved on kitchens were expanded, front porches were modified and here 3 detached houses show various possibilities with extensions and garages. Image] Image]
