Gates to St Mary's Church, Eccleston
The magnificent early 18th century entrance gates were originally at Emrall Hall, Flintshire, and were made by the skilled Davies Bros. of Bersham. They were placed here as a memorial to the 2nd Duke of Westminster following his death in 1953.

Memorial, St Mary's Church Eccleston
A bronze relief-memorial to Captain Hugh William Grosvenor, who was killed in the First World War. He was the son of the 1st Duke of Westminster. The relief is on the wall in the Grosvenor Chapel, where there are memorials to all five Dukes of Westminster.

The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Eccleston
This is the third Church to have been built here. It is said that High Lupus Grosvenor, 1st Duke of Westminster, approached one of the leading architects in the land, G. F. Bodley, and asked him to build a Cathedral at Eccleston. Looking across the west face of the tower of St Mary's church. This church was built in 1899 at the expense of the 1st Duke of Westminster. There is an Ordnance Survey bench mark on the west face of the nearest buttress.
