Mermaid sculpture, Victoria Road, New Brighton
This sculpture, located on Victoria Road, close to New Brighton Merseyrail station is one of 6 dotted around New Brighton. The trail opened in 2017, the sculptures were designed by local artist Barry Canning Eaton, 4 of them decorated by local school children, the remaining 2 by the artist and a community group. Behind the sculpture are a public phone box and postbox.
