For some reason the part of the Brighton Public House contained within Buchanan Road is Grade II Listed, not the whole of the building.

A "jolly Gothic pub" thought Pevsner. Built 1886. Rubble with ashlar dressings, and a fine collection of gables and a corner turret. Grade II listed.

Wallasey Town Hall
Wallasey Town Hall was designed by Briggs, Wolstenholme and Thornley and built between 1914-1920 in limestone with Welsh slate roofs. The town hall is a Grade II listed building.
